Children on a field trip to the Alamo

Students of all ages are invited to learn about the Alamo and life at the time of Texas Revolution. Pre-registered schools can watch a reading of the letter William B. Travis sent on February 24, 1836, participate in multiple living history demonstrations, visit the Alamo Church, and engage in self-guided activities on Alamo Plaza. Sidewalk chalk, performances, and musket firing round out a fun-filled educational experience. Email education@thealamo.org to sign up.
