On March 1, 2025, the Alamo will host a powerful commemoration ceremony from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., honoring one of the most courageous moments in Texas history.
Join us as we pay tribute to the "Immortal 32"—the brave men from Gonzales who, on a fateful night in 1836, answered William Barret Travis’ urgent call, risking everything to reinforce the Alamo’s defenders. Their courage and sacrifice remain an enduring symbol of Texas' fight for independence.
We are honored to welcome Mayor S.H. "Steve" Sucher of Gonzales, who will deliver a special address to mark the occasion.
This event is open to all—history enthusiasts, families, and anyone inspired by Texas’ storied past.
Don’t miss this opportunity to stand where history was made and honor those who risked everything in the fight for freedom.
