Several excavation units have been opened inside the Alamo Church, with the final units inside the Long Barrack nearly complete.
Construction on the sloping of the curbs in front of the Alamo Church has finished, handrails have been installed along the sloped curb, and all fencing in front of the Alamo Church has been removed.
The installation of the security bollards is underway in Alamo Plaza, which will make the Alamo a safer and more secure site.
As always, the Alamo remains open to the public during normal visiting hours, and Alamo Plaza remains open to foot traffic.
