This live distance learning lesson is geared toward the 4th grade classroom (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills: 113.15 - 3.A, 3.B, 13.A, 22.A, 22.B).

Join a live distance learning lesson with an Alamo staff member and learn about the ways in which people communicated during the time of the Alamo! This lesson is all about the technology of communication, and the various forms of letter writing. In this lesson, your class will also learn about the letters written during the Siege of the Alamo and how these letters reveal the motivation behind the defense of the Alamo.
