How to Borrow a History Trunk

Clothing inside history trunk including black hat, coonskin cap, black shoes, and belt

Teachers submit a request form to borrow a trunk for a specific two-week period. Trunks are free for teachers who can pick up and return to the Alamo. For schools outside of San Antonio, the school is responsible for the round-trip shipping cost.

Once the request is submitted, an Alamo educator confirms availability and arranges the pickup and drop off appointments. Trunks must be reserved in advance. Quantities are limited and requests are fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis.
